For Life Time Team Members passionate about Healthy People, a Healthy Planet and a Healthy Way of Life.

Want to make an impact in your own community? Host an in-club fundraising event with the Life Time Foundation. From pickleball tournaments to fitness challenges, there’s an option that everyone can enjoy while supporting a great cause.

Funds raised will flow through the Life Time Foundation and go directly to the organization of your choosing, provided it aligns with our mission of inspiring Healthy People, a Healthy Planet, and a Healthy Way of Life. Before reaching out to any organization, please contact the Life Time Foundation first to ensure the organization is eligible to receive our support (i.e., in good standing with the IRS, aligns with our mission, etc.).

You + Life Time Foundation

Events are FUN! They are where friendships are formed, community is built, and memories are made. They can also be, in particular athletic or performance events, essential motivators to keep us training the muscles (physical and mental) we want to develop.

Events are NO SMALL TASK! If you’ve ever seen a stressed cook on Thanksgiving morning, you know that managing multiple tasks can be a handful. As you consider embarking on an event planning journey, know that your plate will be full AND that Life Time Foundation will be there to support you.

You, the Club:

  • Are responsible for event visioning and production.

  • Are responsible for event branding and marketing.

  • Are responsible for attendee / registrant communication.

  • Are responsible putting together the team that will make your event come to life.

  • Are responsible for event budget and finances (although Life Time Foundation can help you process transactions if you would like).

  • Are responsible for safety, security, permitting, and risk-management of your event.

  • And much more along the way.

Life Time Foundation:

  • Can provide guidance and resources on event planning and production that will make your life as low stress as possible.

  • Can help you choose a local organization or program you want to benefit.

  • Can create and manage donation, team fundraising, and crowd-funding pages and processes.

  • Can create and manage registration and ticketing pages and processes.

  • Can provide written and visual Life Time Foundation content that the club can incorporate into their event collateral.

  • Can assure that every cent of every dollar received will be used in our programs and grantmaking, as all Life Time Foundation operational costs are covered by Life Time.
