Step-by-step written process:
Login to Workday, click MENU.
Select BENEFITS and PAY.
Select CHANGE BENEFITS.
From the CHANGE REASON drop-down, select LIFE TIME FOUNDATION.
Choose the BENEFIT EVENT DATE (when you want to start your election), then click SUBMIT, then DONE.
You will immediately receive a MESSAGE in your Workday inbox.
Within that message, click ENROLL, then enter the amount you’d like to contribute by year or by paycheck.
Click SELECT to opt-in.
Choose the AMOUNT you want to contribute. This can be PER PAYCHECK or ANNUAL.
Make sure to REVIEW AND SIGN your contribution.
After you review your selection, click SUBMIT.
