How to set up Payroll Contribution

Step-by-step written process:

  1. Login to Workday, click MENU.

  1. Select BENEFITS and PAY.

  2. Select CHANGE BENEFITS.

  3. From the CHANGE REASON drop-down, select LIFE TIME FOUNDATION.

  4. Choose the BENEFIT EVENT DATE (when you want to start your election), then click SUBMIT, then DONE.

  5. You will immediately receive a MESSAGE in your Workday inbox.

  6. Within that message, click ENROLL, then enter the amount you’d like to contribute by year or by paycheck.

  7. Click SELECT to opt-in.

  8. Choose the AMOUNT you want to contribute. This can be PER PAYCHECK or ANNUAL.

  9. Make sure to REVIEW AND SIGN your contribution.

  10. After you review your selection, click SUBMIT.
