There’s a reason PB & J is such a classic combination. A little bit of sweet and a little bit of salty really hits the spot, but most jellies are loaded with processed sweeteners. That’s why we developed these perfect bite-sized energy balls, so your kids can enjoy the classic flavor combination without the sugar rush

Ingredients

Jelly half

2 cup raisins

12 medjool dates

1 cup almonds

PB half

1/2 cup peanuts

1 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

Directions

  1. Blend jelly half ingredients together and set aside

  2. Blend PB half ingredients together and set aside

  3. Form jelly and PB mixtures into hemispheres using a rounded spoon or spring loaded scooper

  4. Match a PB hemisphere to a jelly hemisphere by pulling the jelly sides up to the PB sides until they form one delicious bite.
