Green Smoothie

Getting your kids to eat their veggies can be tough, and they may put up a fuss, but not with this recipe. This Green Smoothie will feel like a treat because it’s full of natural sweetness from fruit and thick and creamy just like a milkshake!

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 cup milk of choice

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbs nut butter

½ cup spinach

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth
