Almond Flour Cookies

The Holidays are fast approaching, and with them comes naughty cookies filled with so much sugar it’ll make your head spin. Try these healthy, melt-in-your-mouth, super tender Almond Flour Cookies instead. They are kid-friendly, free of processed sweeteners, and picky-eater-approved.

Ingredients

2 cup almond flour

1 large egg

2 Tbs coconut oil

2 Tbs pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine all of the ingredients to form a dough and chill for about 30 minutes

  3. Roll dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes

  4. Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-15 minutes

Notes

Top these Almond Flour Cookies with some nut butter or mix some coconut oil with honey for a homemade and Harmful 7 free glaze! Enjoy!
