Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
2 lb antibiotic-free chicken tenders
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs
In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour and spices
Add chicken to the egg and mix until tenders are well-coated
Transfer chicken to almond flour mixture and gently toss until breaded
Place on greased baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F
